Following my discharge and treatment from hospital the Rehab team seen telephoned to offer me help to gain fitness by allowing YMCA for fitness classes, I took this offer up and attend the weekly class. Good information and advice was posted to me. The 4 staff who run the fitness class were brilliant as was the workout. The whole experience from the Rehab team is excellent.

I cannot actually think of anything as my journey has been flawless. :)
